Natural SEO with optimal keywords
When you've done your keyword research the actual SEO work begins. Now you have to incorporate the keywords/keyword phrases into the textcontent of your website.
I usually do it in the following order:
1) Select three prime keywords phrases per webpage, that match the content of each individual page.
2) Try to write "naturally" using the selected phrases 1 - 3 times on the page. It's important to try to place the among the first 60 words and among the last 60 words of the page. Try to be unique, use your own words and formulations. Do not stuff the text with your keywords! The keyword density should be somewhere between 2 and 4 percent of the total number of words.
3) Write personal and hold back on sales pitch.
4) When you're happy with you text I recommend that you let a few trusted persons read and give their input.
5) Now, try to write a short (20-30 words) META description tag, using your three prime keywords without duplicating your text content. Absolutely no sales pitch here!
6) META keyword tag, you can leave this out since SE's don't pay so much attention to this tag now a days. If you decide to use META Keyword, I strongly advise that you don't use words that can't be found in the text content of webpage. This is important because you can get banded from Serach Engines if you try to stuff the META keyword tag with irrelevant words.
7) Finish you Natural/Organic SEO with composing a clever Page title. Use your prime keywords to create an eyecatching sentence, maximum 65 letters long. This is very important, input from friends and associates is valuable here.
Next I will talk about internal linking (deep linking) and alt tags.
